📦 1. Shipping for Physical Products
For Physical Products:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping, whichever comes first.
Once your order is shipped or printed, cancellation will not be possible.
To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@bigframes.in with your Order ID.
For Digital Products (e.g., E-invitations, Templates, Custom Designs):
Once the design process or file delivery has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
If you placed a duplicate order or made a mistake, contact us immediately. We’ll review and process a suitable resolution.
💰 2. Refund Policy
For Physical Products:
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
1- The item is damaged or defective
2- The wrong product or design was delivered
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share unboxing photos or videos for verification.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Digital Products:
As digital goods are non-tangible and instantly accessible, refunds are not generally offered once files are delivered.
However, if you encounter a technical issue (e.g., file error or wrong file received), we will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.

For Physical Products:
Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or minor design variations within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition.
Additional shipping costs may apply.
For Digital Products:
We don’t exchange digital files, but we’re happy to make minor edits or revisions to ensure you’re fully satisfied.

Digital downloads once delivered
